SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

Kid-free-guest-free zone. We love children and people, but our spa does not allow for additional guests during visits. Arrive clean-face and makeup-free, otherwise, w are happy to handle makeup removal for an additional fee. In order to provide you with the greatest experience, we ask that you be sure to arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment time. We get that stuff happens, however, arriving more than 10-minutes after your scheduled appointment will be constituted as a missed-appointment and a 50% cancellation fee. Glo Bar is an inclusive company and a safe space for everyone. Come as you are. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand how last-minute things can happen, but we have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Failure to cancel at least 24-hours BEFORE your appointment will be a 50% charge of your scheduled service. No exceptions.
